Legacy Locker - Report a Passing

Begin the reporting process

We are sorry to hear that someone in your life has passed on, and wish you and your loved ones the best. We know this is a tough time for you, and hope that our services can help make it a little easier for you. Our reporting process is simple and straightforward, and all you need is either their Legacy Locker ID number (it's printed on their ID card) or an email address they use regularly.

Report a Passing - Process

  1. Enter the individual's email address or ID number
  2. Confirm the report via email
  3. Legacy Locker will contact the individual's Verifiers to confirm their passing
  4. Upon confirmation, Legacy Locker will distribute the digital assets to their beneficiaries
